I'm the worse when it comes to finding pants that are long in the rise, look stylish and fit ! These pants seem to solve all those old problems-lots of length and room in the crotch, but still very fitted around the hips and thigh. Best part-it looks great. The pant flares out to a nice wide but subtle, lightweight hem that moves freely with your body without getting in the way-whether walking, exercising or putting on a heel. It really looks a bit like a 1970's pant but it's also very slimming with a very high waist that could easily be folded over. I think it's too nice to exercise in and I'm wearing it with a blouse and blazer or my Shannon long sleeve reversible for a more casual look. I'm 5 ft 5 inches, 146 pounds, bit of tummy, and small in the hips and I'm wearing a large for a perfect fit. It washes well with mild soap, under a gentle cold water wash cycle and hang to dry.

I rarely leave reviews and own a lot of Miik pieces but I just received this pant and I am in love! It is the softest, most flattering and most versatile piece of clothing I have ever put on. It looks dressy enough to wear as a dress pant as the fabric has a nice subtle polish on it. I found it true to size (5'4, 124 lbs and XS fit perfectly - with shoes with a low heel length is perfect and doesn't need hemming; there is also some flexibility in length depending on where you wear them and whether you fold top ). I'm worried something will happen to them or they will sell out so will be ordering another to live in!
