Will styles be further discounted?
No. Anything currently on sale on the Boxing Day page here will NOT be further discounted. However, we will be adding more styles to the sale, but those items are not currently on sale.
Will multiple orders be combined + shipping be refunded?
Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee we will combine orders made over multiple days. Our small-but-mighty team will try our best!
Is everything Final Sale?
No, only styles that are discounted 35% off or more are final sale. Styles which are final sale are marked as such. In the new year, we'll host a bi-annual Buy/Sell/Trade event in our private Facebook group where customers choose to sell the items they purchased that they changed their mind about. When can I expect my Boxing Day Sale order to be shipped?
Due to the large order volume we are receiving throughout the sale, packages may take an additional 1-3 business days to pick, pack, and ship. The Miik team is on holiday from Dec 22nd-26th and Dec 29th-Jan 2nd. Orders placed on or after December 28th will be shipped after January 2nd. Keep in mind we are a small business with a small team, and we handpick and pack every order with love!
What's on sale?
Hundreds of different styles will be on sale! From 15-60% off, both current and past styles. Styles that you don't see on sale could later be included later, so keep checking back!
Is what's in my cart reserved for me?
Unfortunately this is not something we're able to do, technology-wise. This means that something you have in your cart could potentially sell out before you are able to check out, since inventory of some styles is limited. Styles are reserved for you once purchased.
What's your return/exchange policy?
Items can be returned/exchanged if they are NOT marked as "FINAL SALE" and meet the rest of our return/exchange policies. You have 30 days to return after placing an order. You can review the rest of our return policy here.
When will I receive an answer to my email or message?
The Miik team is on holiday from Dec 22nd-26th and Dec 29th-Jan 2nd. We will answer as many questions as we can on Dec 27th and 28th. We appreciate your patience as we answer customer questions in the order they have been submitted. Please refrain from sending more than one message about the same topic so we can be super speedy!
