30% OFF fabric irregular styles have minor inconsistencies in the fabric that keep them from being perfect but are super discreet.

50% OFF slightly flawed styles have small flaws that our team has deemed as very discreet with a minimal flaw.

70% OFF FLAWED styles have more significant flaws, without impacting the integrity of the garment. 70% OFF styles may have more visible flaws that are more notable than 50% OFF styles.

Subtle fabric irregularities Inconsistency during the milling process causes subtle lines or crease marks that cannot be steamed, ironed, or washed out.

The 50% off slightly flawed garment you receive may have one or more of the flaws listed below. The flaws do not impact the integrity of the garment.

 

	Small indented line (twisted yarn) A small portion of yarn gets slightly twisted, creating a subtle horizontal indented line across the garment. This does not impact garment integrity.
	Slub In the spinning process, part of the yarn is slightly thicker and creates an irregular, raised horizontal line. The line is the same colour as the garment.
	Different colour yarn Occurs in the spinning or knitting process when a mill fly gets knit into the fabric, resulting in a different colour appearing on the fabric. These are small and in discreet areas.
	Small spot Very small spots or stains on the fabric in faint or unnoticeable areas of the garment. Please note, these marks will not wash out.
	Fabric irregularities (creasing) Inconsistencies during the milling process appear as thin lines or creases. These will not steam, iron, or wash out.
	Yarn nub Similar to a slub, a mill fly is sewn into the garment, but appears more as a circular "fluff" that cannot be removed, instead of being horizontally sewn into the fabric.

The 70% off flawed garment you receive may have one or more of the flaws listed below. The flaws do not impact the integrity of the garment.

 

	Small holes One or several small holes. No hole is bigger than the head of a thumb tack. Due to the way our fabric is knit, holes will not increase in size from wash and wear, but you could sew them up for aesthetic purposes.
	Visible fabric irregularities Inconsistency during the milling process causes thin lines or creases that cannot be steamed, ironed, or washed out.
	Notable fabric stains One or multiple small stains, at times in more visible places on the garment. These marks will not wash out.
	Notable twisted yarn (indented lines) A small portion of yarn gets slightly twisted, causing a horizontal line across the garment. 70% off styles with this flaw have either larger lines or lines in a more noticeable place on the garment.
	Notable knit defect Small marks on the fabric that appear as vertical and/or horizontal lines throughout. 70% off styles in this category have a knit defect in a more noticeable place on the garment.
	Miscellaneous or multiple flaws Flaws in this category either have more than one of the flaws above, or another miscellaneous flaw, such as puckering due to a sewing error, as in the image, or another mark.

Items sell out very quickly during the sale, so sometimes the item still allows you to click it before it can be hidden by the system once sold out.

Unfortunately, this is not something we're able to do, technology-wise. This means that something you have in your cart could potentially sell out before you can check out, since the inventory of the seconds is so limited. We recommend shopping as soon as the styles drop to ensure you can get your faves.

Orders placed by the same customer within 12 hours of their first purchase will be combined automatically by our team, and any extra shipping charges will be refunded to you. If those orders combined make you eligible for free shipping, all shipping charges will be refunded to you.

Orders placed throughout the sale may not be combined if placed too far apart. Our small-but-mighty team automatically combines orders when possible.

Yes, everything in the Seconds Sale is FINAL SALE. Purchases cannot be exchanged or returned. However, we’ll host a bi-annual buy, sell, trade event in our private Facebook community group where customers choose to sell the items they purchased in the seconds sale that they changed their mind about. We'll include images of what the different flaws look like, however because of the volume of seconds and variety of flaws, we don't include an image of each individual style. The second(s) you purchase have been determined by our team to have minimal flaws that make them wearable. Minimal flaws include slub yarn, twisted yarn, small spots or stains, different coloured yarn, fabric irregularities that won't wash out, and knit defects. The second(s) you purchase will have one or more of these small flaws. 70% OFF styles have more notable flaws.

We aren't able to pick and choose which styles and sizes are seconds, it's always a mixed bag with extremely limited inventory. We apologize if you're not able to find the style you're looking for.
