Contest Terms & Conditions
  1. The prize draw is open to residents of Canada aged 18 years or over, except employees of Explore Worldwide, Miik, and their families or anyone else professionally associated with the promoters. 
  2. The Promotion Period commences on January 28, 2026, and closes at 11:59pm (EST) on February 3, 2026.
  3. No purchase is necessary. To enter, visit the Explore Worldwide website or the Miik website and complete the online entry form during the Promotion Period.
  4. Lost, late, incomplete or incomprehensible entries or those containing offensive content will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues (or other), which impede an entry being submitted correctly and/or in full. No robot or automated entries will be accepted. Only one entry per unique individual is eligible and duplicate entries will be deleted. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. One prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entrants by an Explore and Miik representative on February 4, 2026. The prize winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the draw.
  6. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable or should the winner be unable to accept their prize within 20 working days of being notified, it will be deemed that the winner has forfeited their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner drawn from all remaining eligible entries.
  7. The prize winner will receive a gift card valued at $1,000 CAD to be used at Miik and the choice of one of the following:
    i.) An 8 day Explore small group adventure vacation for one adult (aged 18 or over) travelling on the ‘Highlights of Portugal’ tour. Trip value worth up to $4,570 CAD.
    ii.) An 8 day Explore small group adventure vacation for one adult (aged 18 or over) travelling on the ‘Cycling Portugal – Porto to Lisbon’ tour. Trip value worth up to $4,410 CAD.
    iii.) An 8 day Explore small group adventure vacation for one adult (aged 18 or over) travelling on the ‘Walking in Portugal – Remote Coastal Trails’ tour. Trip value worth up to $3,890 CAD.
  8. The prize trip includes accommodation (with an included single room upgrade), ground transport, some activities and some meals as shown on the itinerary, an Explore Tour Leader, local guides and airport transfers both ways in the tour country to/from the hotel (if flights are booked to/from the recommended airport). The prize does not include international flights. The prize does not include any optional extras or upgrades; nor does it include the cost of travel insurance or visas (if required).
  9. The prize trip can be booked for any available departure date in 2026. The prize trip must be booked at least six weeks prior to the departure date.
  10. Additional passengers may be added to the booking but will be subject to availability and will be charged the full adult price applicable at the time of booking.
  11. The booking must be made directly with Explore (see www.exploreworldwide.ca) and is subject to Explore’s normal Booking Conditions (see www.exploreworldwide.ca/essential-information/terms-and-conditions). 
  12. The prize is an Explore small group adventure tour and a $1,000CAD Miik e-gift card for use on miik.ca. It is not a voucher for the prize value. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed in full or part for cash or any other alternative prize or vacation.
  13. If the Prize (or portion of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or that portion of the Prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification. 
  14. The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoters may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
  15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Explore and Miik Inc. reserve the right to withdraw or amend the prize at any time and without notice.
