      • I want to return an item, how do I go about it?

      To start a return or exchange, complete the form online. If you reside in Canada, click here to start your return process. If you reside in the U.S. or anywhere else outside of Canada, click here to start your return process.


      • I placed two separate orders. Can they be combined to save on shipping?

      The system we use to process orders automatically alerts us when there are multiple orders from the same customer. Please note we fulfill orders on a daily basis. If your order has been already shipped, we won’t be able to combine them. We can’t guarantee your orders will be combined, but if they were placed within a 12h window they will most likely be shipped together. 

      *Shipping will be refunded if applicable. It might take us a few days, so allow a week to receive the refund notification in your email.


      • I wanted to return/exchange something and I live in the GTA, can I drop it off at the Miik office? 

      Yes, you can definitely do that. If your parcel is small enough to fit through the mail slot you can drop it off at any time. If it’s a bigger package then you are welcome to drop it off Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. 


        • Why don’t you cover the cost of return shipping/ why don’t you offer free returns?

        At this time, we are still a small business and our costs for shipping (even with a business account!) are very high. Covering the cost of return shipping would greatly affect our profitability. Unfortunately HUGE corporations have skewed people's perspectives around free shipping and returns — and it has become an expectation even of small shops. At the end of the day would love to offer it for our amazing customers, but it's just not a viable option for us at this point. We are continually working to bring better shipping prices and hope to to improve our rates the future.


        • How long does it take to get my order?

        If you live in Canada, you will likely get your order between 7-10 business days, the same goes if you are an International customer.


        • Do you have a storefront that I could try on a few styles before I buy?

        We are online only so we don’t have a storefront, but we have an office conveniently located in the GTA (Etobicoke). We offer appointment shopping for you to try-on and purchase. To schedule a time, please send an email to and we can help you!

        • How do I know my size? / I need help with finding my size, what do I do?

        We know shopping online can be a challenge for some people, but we’re here to help! First of all, having your measurements taken is super helpful and will be very handy for the suggestions I’m about to give you.

        1. Firstly, you can try our fabulous tool called the Fit & Sizing calculator. It is going to give you a size recommendation based on your measurements, customers feedback, and our returns report. To learn how to use it you can watch this video.
        2. Secondly, you can compare your measurements with our community models - we try to show the styles on various body types, so you’ll be able to see how the same style fits different sizes. We show all their measurements (bust - waist - hips - height)
        3. Thirdly, you can also compare your measurements with our measurement chart for that specific style and see what size would fit you best. 
        4. After doing all of three steps we believe you can be confident about what size to order. If you’re still uneasy about it we can have someone from our team to help you with it!


        • How long does it take to process the returns?

        It might take up to a week to process your return or exchange, but rest assured we will process it as soon as possible.


        • Do you ship internationally / to the US?

        • Can I exchange something for a different style?

        You can, however you’ll have to reach out to us to handle this type of exchange at


        • It says my order was delivered but I never got it! What do I do?

        Sometimes Canada Post sends out delivery notifications before actually delivering the item, that could be the case for you — but if it still hasn't been delivered after that, reach out to us and we will start a claim with Canada Post.


        • Do you offer petite styles?

        While we don’t offer petites, many Miik styles work beautifully on smaller frames. Our community model Olivia is 5’0 and models many of our styles. You can see what pieces she looks amazing in, at our petite friendly collection HERE.


        • Why is your clothing more expensive than other stores I shop from online?

        All our clothing is made from extremely high quality, custom milled, eco-friendly fabric and ethically made within 30km of our Toronto, Canada office. The price point is higher than traditional fast fashion companies, but our garments will last much longer and we believe you will feel the difference in quality and care. Fast fashion is only cheap because someone, somewhere (usually garment workers) are paying the price with extremely cheap labour and unsafe working conditions. We ensure a safe working environment and fair wages for ALL our staff. We stand behind our prices and the quality of our products as a proudly 100% Canadian company.         • What is Sezzle? How do I shop now and pay later?

        Sezzle is a payment solution, just like PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, etc., are payment solutions. But the difference is that with Sezzle, you split your purchase into four equal installments spread across six weeks, with no interest fee. You pay for 1/4 of your purchase upfront, and the rest every two weeks. But we still ship your order right away as usual! To shop now, pay later with Sezzle, just shop as you normally do, adding products to your cart.         We initiate adjustments to your order; if you need an edit to your order, please reach out to . You initiate your exchange or return with us as normal!
