      All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Once orders are shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries. Miik is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

      Free shipping eligibility

      For your order to qualify for free shipping, the subtotal must meet the minimum thresholds listed below after any discounts have been applied and before tax is added.

      Shipping to Canada

      Within Canada, orders will take approximately 3–7 business days within metropolitan areas to arrive after processing (processing times vary depending on order volume), and may take longer to reach more rural areas.

      • Orders under $200 (before tax): $9.00 flat rate, includes tracking; 
      • Orders $200 (before tax) and over: FREE shipping, includes tracking

      Shipping to the United States

      Shipments to the US can take 7–14 business days after processing (processing times vary depending on order volume). Prices listed below apply to the contiguous US only. Surcharges apply for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

      • Orders under $350 (before tax): $20.00 flat rate, includes tracking
      • Orders $350 (before tax) and over: FREE shipping, includes tracking

      International (outside Canada and the US)

      International orders can be expected to take approximately 10–15 business days after processing (processing times vary depending on order volume). This can take longer if the package is held up at customs.

      • Orders under $500 (before tax): $60.00 shipping, includes tracking
      • Orders over $500 (before tax): FREE shipping, includes tracking 

      Duties & Other Fees

      All packages shipped internationally may incur duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any such charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer. Miik cannot provide estimates on duties. Shipments to the US are typically exempt from duties as our products are made in Canada; however, exceptions may occur and are out of our control. Other countries (outside Canada and the US) may charge duties, tariffs, VAT's, and other potential fees specific to your country. These charges are to be paid by the customer, even if you refuse any shipment upon delivery. Please check with your customs office for more information about potential fees and charges.

      If a shipment is undeliverable or rejected by the customer for any reason, we will deduct from any refunds all shipping and handling charges Miik incurred to ship the order. This amount is usually higher than the shipping price we originally charge to customers because the shipping fees we charge are discounted.

      Order processing

      All orders placed at will be processed and shipped upon credit verification. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We are a small business and pick and pack each order ourselves with care! For this reason, processing times vary depending on order volume. Please account time for packages to leave our facility during collection launches and special sales.

      Free pickup

      We're excited to offer free pickup from our studio/warehouse in Etobicoke, ON!

      Once you place your order, you will be sent a confirmation email first, then, we will send you another email letting you know one your order is actually ready to pickup with more instructions. We kindly ask that you only show up to pick up your order once you have received the email letting you know it is ready. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to prepare.

      You will have 5 business days to collect your pickup order within our pickup hours after you have received your "ready for pickup" confirmation.

      Pickups are not available on weekends or holidays. The team is also out of office on special days. Please refer to your email once your order is ready for pickup for details on any days we are also out of office, outside of holidays.

      At this time we are only offering free pickup from Etobicoke, ON, as that is where we are located (it's our ONLY physical location and where the Miik team works out of). We're sorry to those who live outside of the area and are unable to pickup; we do have special free shipping days periodically for our subscribers and recommend you sign up for our newsletters to be notified of them, if you like! You can find the sign up box in the footer at the bottom of this page.

      Returns & Exchanges

      We want you to love your Miik purchases. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide our customers with easy returns.

      Unless marked "Final Sale," Miik will happily exchange or refund any items within 30 days from the date your order was placed. We really appreciate you taking the time to ensure your garment(s) are in the best shape possible as we recover and resell all returned items — something that’s important to us as a sustainable brand. 

      For that reason, we inspect returns upon arrival; if the item(s) returned are not in their original condition, you will either: not be eligible for a refund, or a $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your return.

      Items are NOT eligible for return/exchange if they are:

      • Listed as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase
      • Washed and/or worn
      • Tags or labels removed
      • Not in original condition (i.e. pet hair, make-up stains, food, smoke/odour fumes, heavily wrinkled, etc.)

      A $10 maintenance restocking fee will be deducted for returns on items requiring: 

      • Laundering due to pet hair, odour, or otherwise
      • Steaming/laundering or dry cleaning due to excessive wrinkling

      Please fold and ship item(s) back in their original packaging or packaging of a similar size.

      How to return or exchange an item:

      1. Visit our Returns Portal. Enter your email address and order number (begins with “E,” e.g. E4025).
        • If you have a customer account, you can also log in and initiate a return from your Order History page.
      2. Follow the instructions to either return or exchange your item(s).
      3. Once you have received email confirmation that your return or exchange is approved, place the item(s) you wish to return in the original package (if available) along with the original packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number.
      4. Mail the package back to us. Please note, customers are responsible for return postage. Be sure to send your parcel with tracking as Miik is not responsible for lost packages. Address your shipment to:

      We work hard to ensure returns are processed as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Purchases made with gift cards will be credited back to the gift card. If you are exchanging an item, your replacement item will be shipped once we receive the item you’re returning.

      Milk will offer a one-time only price adjustment on items purchased at regular price at if an item is marked down within 7 days of original purchase.
