Shipping and Returns
Miik return policy
We want you to love your Miik purchases. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, Miik provides its customers with easy returns.
How we ship
For shipping we use Canada Post. We offer free everyday shipping for online orders on purchases of $200 or more in the same order.
Within Canada, orders will take approximately 4 - 9 business days to arrive after processing. International orders can be expected to take up to 10 - 15 business days after processing (can be longer if package is held up at customs).
Please note that gift cards are digital and will be delivered via email.
All orders placed at miik.ca will be processed and shipped upon credit verification. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Unless noted as "Final Sale", Miik will happily exchange or refund any items within 30 days from the date your order was received, as long as the garment(s) is unwashed, unworn, or unaltered and the hangtag and care content labels are still attached.
Holiday purchases: Any purchases made November 1st, 2016 or after can be exchanged or refunded until January 9th, 2017, as long as the garment(s) is unwashed, unworn, or unaltered and the hangtag and care content labels are still attached.
Here’s how it works:
- Email email@example.com or call (416) 673-1200 to let us know which item(s) you will be sending back for exchange or return and to request a Return Authorization
- Please place the item(s) in the original package along with the original packing slip. Please write on the packing slip your reason for the return as well as the Return AuthorizationNumber provided to you.
- Drop off package to your local Canada Post location.
We work hard to ensure returns are processed as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
All products that are noted as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
