All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Once orders are shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries. Miik is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Please note that gift cards are digital and will be delivered via email. 

Shipping to Canada

Within Canada, orders will take approximately 4–9 business days to arrive after processing.

  • Orders under $100 (before tax): $9.00 shipping, includes tracking
  • Orders over $100, under $200 (before tax): $12.00 shipping, includes tracking
  • Orders over $200 (before tax): FREE shipping, includes tracking

Shipping to the United States

Shipments to the US can take 7–14 business days. Prices listed below apply to the contiguous US only. Surcharges apply for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

  • Orders under $100 (before tax): $25.00 shipping, includes tracking
  • Orders over $100, under $300 (before tax): $40.00 shipping, includes tracking
  • Orders over $300 (before tax): FREE shipping, includes tracking

International (outside Canada and the US)

International orders can be expected to take 10–15 business days after processing. This can take longer if the package is held up at customs.

  • Orders under $500 (before tax): $60.00 shipping, includes tracking
  • Orders over $500 (before tax): FREE shipping, includes tracking 

Duties & Other Fees

All packages shipped internationally may incur duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any such charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer. Miik cannot provide estimates on duties. Shipments to the US are typically exempt from duties as our products are made in Canada; however, exceptions may occur and are out of our control. Other countries (outside Canada and the US) may charge duties, tariffs, VAT's, and other potential fees specific to your country. These charges are to be paid by the customer, even if you refuse any shipment upon delivery. Please check with your customs office for more information about potential fees and charges.

If a shipment is undeliverable or rejected by the customer for any reason, we will deduct from any refunds all shipping and handling charges Miik incurred to ship the order. This amount is usually higher than the shipping price we originally charge to customers because the shipping fees we charge are discounted.

Order processing

All orders placed at will be processed and shipped upon credit verification. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Miik purchases. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, Miik provides our customers with easy returns.

All items marked "Final Sale" may not be exchanged or refunded.

Unless marked "Final Sale," Miik will happily exchange or refund any items within 30 days from the date your order was placed, as long as the garment(s) is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, and the hangtag and care content labels are still attached.

Please note: for orders that qualified for free shipping, we will deduct from your refund all shipping and handling charges Miik incurred to ship the order to you.


  1. Fill out the return form included with your order. Be sure to include your order number (begins with “E”, e.g. E4025). If you don’t have the paper return form that arrived with your order, you can submit the form electronically here.
  2. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original package (if available) along with the completed return form and the original packing slip. If you submitted the form electronically, you do not need to include the form in the package, but please include the original packing slip, if available.
  3. Mail the package to the address included on the return form. Please note, the customer is responsible for return postage. Be sure to send your parcel with tracking as Miik is not responsible for lost packages. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any duties/taxes incurred as a result of their return. For US customers, we recommend using USPS to ship your return back to us rather than a courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) as you may incur additional brokerage charges with these services.


  1. Please email or call (416) 673-1200 to let us know which item(s) you will be exchanging and we will provide further instruction.

We work hard to ensure returns are processed as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Purchases made with gift cards will be credited back to the gift card.

Price Adjustments

Milk will offer a one-time only price adjustment on items purchased at regular price at if an item is marked down within 7 days of original purchase.

Please contact within 7 days of purchase, indicating the item you bought and your order number beginning with “E”. The difference in price will be credited to your original method of payment.
