      We want you to love your Miik purchases. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide our customers with easy returns.

      This page outlines what to do for Canadian Returns — if you live outside of Canada, please see the U.S. + International Returns page here.

      Unless marked "Final Sale," Miik will happily exchange or refund any items within 30 days from the date your order was placed. We really appreciate you taking the time to ensure your garment(s) are in the best shape possible as we recover and resell all returned items — something that’s important to us as a sustainable brand. 

      For that reason, we inspect returns upon arrival; if the item(s) returned are not in their original condition, you will either: not be eligible for a refund, or a $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your return.

      Items are NOT eligible for return/exchange if they are:

      • Listed as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase
      • Washed and/or worn
      • Tags or labels removed
      • Not in original condition (i.e. pet hair, make-up stains, food, smoke/odour fumes, heavily wrinkled, etc.)

      A $10 maintenance restocking fee will be deducted for returns on items requiring: 

      • Laundering due to pet hair, odour, or otherwise
      • Steaming/laundering or dry cleaning due to excessive wrinkling

      Please fold and ship item(s) back in their original packaging or packaging of a similar size.

      How to return or exchange an item:

      1. Visit our Returns Portal. Enter your email address and order number (begins with “E,” e.g. E4025).
        • If you have a customer account, you can also log in and initiate a return from your Order History page.
      2. Follow the instructions to either return or exchange your item(s).
      3. Once you have received email confirmation that your return or exchange is approved, place the item(s) you wish to return in the original package (if available) along with the original packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number.
      4. Mail the package back to us. Please note, customers are responsible for return postage. Be sure to send your parcel with tracking as Miik is not responsible for lost packages. Address your shipment to:

      *Using Etobicoke or Toronto for the city is acceptable.

      USA & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any duties/taxes incurred as a result of their return. For US customers, please use USPS to ship your return back to us and indicate that you are sending “Canadian goods being returned.” If you use a courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), any fees that we incur to receive your return will be deducted from your refund. These fees may be upwards of $40 USD.

       

      We work hard to ensure returns are processed as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Purchases made with gift cards will be credited back to the gift card. If you are exchanging an item, your replacement item will be shipped once we receive the item you’re returning.
