      Starting on November 1st, we will have an extended returns and exchanges policy. Items purchased online between Nov 1st and Dec 24th may be returned by Jan 15th (or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later). Returns via mail must be received at our warehouse by Jan 15th, or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed. Our extended return policy will resume its 30 day window after December 24th, 2021. Returns and exchanges do not apply to styles marked FINAL SALE. Please note: customers are responsible for return postage. 

      We want you to love your Miik purchases. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide our customers with easy returns.

      Unless marked "Final Sale," Miik will happily exchange or refund any items within 30 days from the date your order was placed, as long as the garment(s) is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, and the hangtag and care content labels are still attached (See above for Holiday Return extension dates).

      Please note: for orders that qualified for free shipping, we will deduct from your refund all shipping and handling charges Miik incurred to ship the order to you.


      How to return or exchange an item:

      1. Visit our Returns Portal. Enter your email address and order number (begins with “E,” e.g. E4025).
        • If you have a customer account, you can also log in and initiate a return from your Order History page.
      2. Follow the instructions to either return or exchange your item(s).
        • Refund to store credit/Miik e-gift card (you'll be able to use this on our website as soon as we receive your return!)
        • Refund to original payment method
        • Exchange for a different colour/size
      3. Once you have received email confirmation that your return or exchange is approved, place the item(s) you wish to return in the original package (if available) along with the original packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number.
      4. Mail the package back to us. Please note, customers are responsible for return postage. Be sure to send your parcel with tracking as Miik is not responsible for lost packages. Address your shipment to:

      USA & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any duties/taxes incurred as a result of their return. For US customers, please use USPS to ship your return back to us and indicate that you are sending “Canadian goods being returned.” If you use a courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), any fees that we incur to receive your return will be deducted from your refund. These fees may be upwards of $40 USD.

      We work hard to ensure returns are processed as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Purchases made with gift cards will be credited back to the gift card. If you are exchanging an item, your replacement item will be shipped once we receive the item you’re returning.
