Why am I seeing an error / 404 page when I try to view an item / try to check out?

If you are seeing a 404 error page after clicking on an item or an error message in your cart when trying to check out, it means the item has sold out. Our site will automatically hide items from the collection page once they sell out, but sometimes can't keep up with how fast you click! We're sorry for the confusion and hope you can find something else you love.
What are Seconds?

Seconds are perfectly imperfect, slightly flawed garments that we cannot sell as regular inventory because they don’t meet our extremely high standards. However, the Seconds are reviewed and those we determine to be wearable because the flaw isn’t easily detectable are included in our Seconds sale.
Is what's in my cart reserved for me during the Seconds Sale?

Unfortunately, NO! This is not something we’re able to do, technology-wise. This means that something you have in your cart during the Seconds Sale could potentially sell out before you are able to check out since inventory of the seconds is so limited. We recommend picking your favourites quickly and checking out ASAP.
Is everything in the Seconds Sale FINAL SALE?

Yes, everything in the Seconds Sale is Final Sale. All styles in the sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

However, we host a bi-annual buy, sell and trade event in our private Facebook community group where customers choose to sell the items they purchased in the seconds sale that they changed their mind about. Join our private Facebook group here.
If I place multiple orders during the Seconds Sale, will they be combined?

If you place multiple orders during the Seconds Sale, our team will do their best to automatically combine your orders; however, if the orders are placed during business hours (9 am-5 pm EST) or too far apart in time, we may not be able to combine them. If we ARE able to combine your orders, you will be refunded shipping fees when applicable.
Why aren't more sizes and styles available for the Seconds Sale?

We aren’t able to pick and choose which styles and sizes are Seconds, it’s always a mixed bag based on flaws that take place during the production process. We apologize if you’re not able to find the style you’re looking for during our Seconds Sale!
Will you have images of all the flaws during the Seconds Sale?

We have included example images of what the different flaws look like here, however, because of the volume of seconds and variety of flaws, we don’t include an image of each individual style's flaw. The second(s) you purchase have been determined by our team to have minimal flaws that make them wearable. Minimal flaws include slub yarn, twisted yarn, small spots or stains, different coloured yarn and fabric irregularities that won’t wash out. The second(s) you purchase will have one or more of these small flaws.
