(the “Official Rules”)

Miik x Cheekbone Beauty Collaboration Giveaway

(the “Contest”)

These Official Rules govern the Contest. By participating or attempting to participate in the Contest, you will be deemed to have received, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.

1. WHO ARE THE SPONSORS?

The Contest is co-sponsored and administered by Miik Inc. and Cheekbone Beauty Cosmetics Inc. (collectively referred to as the “Sponsors”).

Although the Contest may be communicated, promoted, or administered by means of a third-party social media or social networking service or site (a “Third Party Service”), the Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any Third Party Service; any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to the Sponsors and not to any Third Party Service.

2. WHO MAY ENTER THE CONTEST?

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Contest:

  • (a) Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of:

    • (i) the Sponsors, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliates;

    • (ii) any prize suppliers;

    • (iii) any and all other companies associated with the Contest;

  • (b) A household member of any of the individuals listed in (a), above, whether or not related;

  • (c) Members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the individuals listed in (a), above.

3. WHEN DOES THE CONTEST START/END?

The Contest entry period begins on June 12th, 2026 for both prizes and ends on June 24, 2026, at 8:55 PM ET for the Nationwide Prize, and June 18th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET for the Local Prize (the “Entry Period”). All times referenced in these Official Rules are Eastern Time.

4. HOW DO I ENTER THE CONTEST?

No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. To enter, individuals must visit the designated Miik landing page during the Entry Period and fully complete the entry form by providing their first name, last name, valid email address, and selecting their prize stream eligibility (Local Live Guest entry vs. Nationwide entry).

Important CASL Disclosure: Agreeing to receive marketing emails or commercial electronic communications from the Sponsors is completely optional and is not a requirement to enter the Contest. Checking or unchecking the email subscription box will not affect an entrant’s odds of winning.

5. HOW MANY TIMES MAY I ENTER THE CONTEST?

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address, for the entirety of the Contest Period.

6. COULD MY ENTRY BE REFUSED OR REJECTED?

Your entry could be refused or rejected if:

  • (a) you attempt to enter the Contest in a fashion not authorized by these Official Rules;

  • (b) your entry contains false or misleading information, or is late, falsified, illegible, damaged or incomplete or otherwise irregular;

  • (c) your entry is submitted using robotic, automated, programmed, or other illicit means; or

  • (d) your entry is not in compliance with these Official Rules.

In addition, the Sponsors reserve the right to refuse any entry for any other reason as they may determine in their sole discretion.

7. WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY?

By entering the Contest:

  • (a) you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors, which decisions are final, binding and conclusive;
  • (b) you represent and warrant that your entry material is original to you, you have all necessary rights to it, and it does not involve content that is inappropriate or offensive;
  • (c) you agree that the Sponsors shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity or eligibility to enter the Contest; failure to provide any such proof upon request may result in disqualification;
  • (d) you release and forever discharge the Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, any other companies associated with the Contest, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, licensees, successors and assigns, as well as any Third Party Services, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of them from and against any and all claims, damages or liability arising out of your participation, live broadcast appearance (if applicable), or the use/misuse of any prize.

8. WHAT ARE THE CONTEST PRIZES?

There are two (2) identical prize packages available to be won, split by geographic eligibility. The total retail value of the entire giveaway is over $1,000 CAD.

9. ARE THERE ANY PRIZE CONDITIONS?

In addition to any prize conditions provided elsewhere in these Official Rules, any prize awarded in the Contest is subject to the following conditions:

  • (a) The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged, or substituted for cash, unless otherwise determined by the Sponsors.
  • (b) The prize may not be resold.
  • (c) Any unused portion of the Miik e-gift card will remain on the card for future use in accordance with standard store policies. The gift card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
  • (d) Delivery of the digital e-gift card will be provided electronically to the winner's validated email address. Cosmetics will be shipped directly to the winner's residential address or provided in person for the local live guest.
  • (e) Local Prize Condition: The potential winner of the Local Prize Package must agree to appear on camera during a scheduled Miik Virtual Live Show to receive their mini-makeover and meet Jenn and Donna. If the selected local entrant cannot or treats this requirement as a constraint, they will forfeit the Local Prize and an alternative local draw will take place.

10. HOW WILL THE POTENTIAL WINNER(S) BE SELECTED?

Within five (5) business days following the close of the Contest Period, the Sponsors will conduct two separate random electronic draws at the Miik corporate office in Toronto, ON:

  1. Draw 1 (Local Pool): One (1) potential winner will be drawn from all eligible entries who toggled "YES" to attending the live broadcast in person.
  2. Draw 2 (Nationwide Pool): One (1) potential winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries across Canada.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. In the event any potential winner does not respond to such notification within forty-eight (48) hours, declines the prize for any reason, or fails to meet the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, they will be disqualified, and the Sponsors will randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries in that specific pool.

11. HOW CAN A POTENTIAL WINNER BECOME A WINNER?

To be declared an official winner, a potential winner:

  • (a) must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (whether human, mechanical, or electronic), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by the Sponsors via email or a secure online form within twenty-four (24) hours of presentation;
  • (b) must be in full compliance with these Official Rules;
  • (c) may be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming eligibility, compliance, and consent to media release for the live show broadcast.

12. WHAT ARE THE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE?

The odds of winning the Local Prize Package depend entirely on the total number of eligible local entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning the Nationwide Prize Package depend entirely on the total number of remaining eligible entries received across Canada during the Contest Period.

13. HOW DO I CLAIM A PRIZE?

Once a potential winner is successfully confirmed as an official winner (including verification of the skill-testing question and release forms), coordination for the cosmetics shipment, digital e-gift card delivery, and live stream scheduling (for the local winner) will commence. If a winner’s email bounces back or if the winner fails to claim the delivery instructions within fourteen (14) days, the prize will be deemed forfeited.

14. WILL I APPEAR IN ANY PUBLICITY IF I AM A WINNER?

By entering this contest and specifically opting into the Local Prize Pool, you grant the Sponsors absolute permission to broadcast your image, likeness, voice, and mini-makeover transformation live on stream, and to use clips or screenshots for future marketing and promotional broadcasts without further notice or financial compensation. Nationwide winners agree that the Sponsors may use their first name, last initial, and general city/province of residence for promotional winner announcements.

15. HOW WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE COLLECTED, USED AND DISCLOSED?

By entering the Contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the sole purpose of administering and tracking this Contest. Both Miik Inc. and Cheekbone Beauty Cosmetics Inc. will share the entry data to facilitate the draw and fulfill prizes.

If you voluntarily checked the opt-in box to subscribe to marketing newsletters, your information will be added to the subscriber lists of both Miik Inc. and Cheekbone Beauty, from which you can independently unsubscribe at any time using the link provided at the footer of all electronic correspondence.

16. HOW DO THE RELEASEES LIMIT THEIR LIABILITY?

The Releasees assume no liability for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical glitches, network connectivity failures, landing page drops, or computer hardware/software failures that may prevent a user from submitting their entry form prior to the contest deadline.

17. WHAT LAWS APPLY TO THE CONTEST?

The Contest is governed by the federal laws of Canada and the provincial laws of Ontario. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws.

18. CAN THE SPONSOR CANCEL OR AMEND THE CONTEST?

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest or amend these Official Rules at any time without prior notice if a virus, bug, technical failure, or human error compromises the security, fairness, or proper administration of the giveaway.
