Entrants to the design contest must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada or U.S.A. Entrants may submit more than one design; however, only one submission of an entrant may be chosen for the top ten (10) designs; no entrant will have more than one (1) design chosen for the top ten (10) designs. The deadline for submissions is Sunday, August 10, 2025 11:59PM PT. No entries are guaranteed to be chosen for the top ten (10) or as the winning design. The top ten (10) designs will be chosen by the Miik Inc. team internally based upon factors which include, but are not limited to, possibility of production, likelihood of sales, and opinion of the style. The top ten (10) designs will be voted upon in a public forum (Miik Inc.'s website) where the general public may choose which design is their favourite and submit a vote for it. Voting will open August 14, 2025 and close August 25, 2025. The top design(s) with the most votes as of August 25, 2025 at 11:59PM PT will be declared the winner(s). Designs/submissions which Miik chooses to be similar in nature will be grouped and the prize will be split amongst the entrants of those admissions. Miik will choose a first place winner and reserves the right to choose as many runner-ups as we deem appropriate. The 1st place winner will be announced via Miik Inc.'s chosen channels the week following August 27, 2025. The winner(s) of the design contest will be required to review and sign an agreement prior to the production of the winning style. The winner(s) will be contacted via email and/or phone and, should they comply with Miik's terms, the first place winner will receive two (2) of the items of clothing which they designed once they are produced, will have the opportunity to name the style they created, and will receive a digital 200.00CAD Miik gift card for use on miik.ca. The selected runner-ups, if any are chosen and announced by Miik Inc., will each receive one (1) of the items of clothing which they designed once they are produced and will have the opportunity to name the style they each created. Should more than one person win a prize due to submission similarities, the prize will be split as determined by Miik. The prize(s) are not redeemable as cash.
