What are the flash deals?
From Thursday to Monday, there will be a special 24-hour deal where select styles that were previously not on sale are discounted for the day. Keep an eye on your email for details!
Will multiple orders be combined + shipping be refunded?
Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee we will combine orders made over multiple days. Our small-but-mighty team will try our best, but won’t be able to combine them all. Multiple orders placed throughout the weekend will be combined and shipped together.
Is everything Final Sale?
No, only styles that are discounted 35% off or more are final sale. Styles which are final sale are marked as such. In the new year, we'll host a bi-annual Buy/Sell/Trade event in our private Facebook group where customers choose to sell the items they purchased that they changed their mind about. When can I expect my Black Friday Sale order to be shipped?
Due to the large order volume we are receiving throughout the sale, packages may take an additional 1-3 business days to pick, pack, and ship. Orders placed after Thursday, November 23rd will be shipped the following week, starting on Monday, November 27th. Keep in mind we are a small business with a small team, and we handpick and pack every order with love!
What's on sale?
Hundreds of different styles will be on sale! From 15-60% off, both current and past styles. Styles that you don't see on sale could later be included in a 24-hour Flash Sale, so keep checking back! Please note: discount codes cannot be added to sale items.
Is what's in my cart reserved for me?
Unfortunately this is not something we're able to do, technology-wise. This means that something you have in your cart could potentially sell out before you are able to check out, since inventory of some styles is limited. Styles are reserved for you once purchased.
What's your return/exchange policy?
Items can be returned/exchanged if they are NOT marked as "FINAL SALE" and meet the rest of our return/exchange policies. Purchases made from November 10th to December 24th, 2023 can be returned until January 15th, 2024 or 45 days after the date of purchase, whichever is later.
When will I receive an answer to my email or message?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you have a specific question or concern our team will respond to you as timely as we can. We appreciate your patience as we answer customer questions in the order they have been submitted. Please refrain from sending more than one message about the same topic so we can be super speedy!
