Win Your Wishlist Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor
The "Win Your Wishlist" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by Miik Inc. ("Sponsor"), located at 11-27 Coronet Rd., Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open exclusively to legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees and representatives of Miik, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor’s computer server is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. To participate during the Giveaway Period:

1. Visit miik.ca and sign in to your Miik customer account (or create a free account if you do not have one).
2. Navigate to product styles, select your desired size and colour, and click or tap the heart icon (♡) underneath the "Add to Cart" button to add the style to your Wishlist.
3. Ensure at least one item remains saved on your account wishlist through the end of the Giveaway Period.

Limit of one (1) entry per person and per registered account email address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or multiple accounts created by the same user, will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of items selected from the confirmed winner’s Miik wishlist up to a maximum total retail value of $400 CAD (MSRP, before applicable taxes and shipping).

• Wishlists exceeding $400 CAD: The winner will receive a combination of eligible, in-stock items from their saved wishlist up to, but not exceeding, $400 CAD.
• Wishlists under $400 CAD: The winner will receive all eligible, in-stock items saved on their list at the close of the Giveaway Period. No cash balance or credit will be awarded for any unused portion of the $400 CAD limit.
• Inventory Availability: Prize fulfillment is subject to style, colour, and size availability in stock at the time of prize processing. If a chosen item is unavailable, the winner may select an alternate in-stock item of equal value from the Sponsor’s catalogue.
• The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

6. Winner Selection & Skill-Testing Question
On Monday, November 2, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM ET in Toronto, Ontario, one (1) potential winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided and without mechanical or electronic assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered via email or phone, in compliance with Canadian contest regulations.

7. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
The potential winner will be notified by email via the email address linked to their Miik customer account on Monday, November 2, 2026. The potential winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the time the notification email is sent to:

1. Respond to the notification.
2. Correctly answer the skill-testing question.
3. Confirm their Canadian shipping address and prize item selections.

If the selected entrant fails to respond within 48 hours, provides incorrect or invalid contact information, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or is otherwise found ineligible, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Publicity & Privacy
By entering, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to publish their first name, last initial, and general city/province on Miik’s website, email newsletters, and official social media platforms without additional compensation or notice. Any personal data collected during the entry process will be processed strictly in accordance with Miik’s Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA).

9. General Conditions & Limitation of Liability

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part should fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond its control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
• By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Miik Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
