Small indented line (twisted yarn) A small portion of yarn gets slightly twisted, creating a subtle horizontal indented line across the garment. This does not impact garment integrity. |

Slub In the spinning process, part of the yarn is slightly thicker and creates an irregular, raised horizontal line. The line is the same colour as the garment. |

Different colour yarn Occurs in the spinning or knitting process when a mill fly gets knit into the fabric, resulting in a different colour appearing on the fabric. These are small and in discreet areas. |
