      Sized small

      I sized up thinking the blazer would be a bit loose, but instead it’s unbearably tight. Also disappointed that I need to pay for shipping fees to return it when I followed the sizing information correctly. My first purchase here and I’m disappointed it will have to be my last.

      We appreciate your feedback about the sizing guidelines, and we will definitely bring this up with our team. In order to further investigate the issue, would you mind emailing us at info@miik.ca with the measurements you used when using our size and fit calculator? This will help us ensure that there isn't something unusual happening with the sizing recommendations. We are constantly working on improving our fit program, and your input is valuable to us.

      At this time, we are still a small business and our costs for shipping (even with a business account!) are very high. Covering the cost of return shipping would greatly affect our profitability. Unfortunately HUGE corps like Amazon have really skewed people's perspectives around free shipping and returns — and it has become an expectation even of small shops, that at the end of the day would love to offer it, but just can't afford it. We are continually working to bring better shipping prices and hope to to improve our rates the future.

      Emily soft blazer

      I now own this blazer in a number of colours. I find it comfortable and stylish. The perfect combo from my perspective.

      Great blazer at first …

      I own about 6 of these blazers and loved them for how soft and comfortable they are while still looking professional. However, after dry cleaning them the fusing in the front has become delaminated and now the blazer is a rippled mess. These happened with all of them and even when I went to two different dry cleaners

      No colors in my size

      I’d happily buy a blazer but there are very few colour options in my size! I hate it when companies advertise items that aren’t available! Such poor marketing!

      I’m very sorry to hear that we are out of your size in the styles you want! As a small, ethical business we produce all our garments in small batches to reduce waste and to ensure that every piece we make is worn and loved. That does mean that as we approach the end of a season, we have very limited sizes and colours left. We will have a new collection launching, as well as some restocks in the next few weeks for Fall/Winter 2023.

      I can understand the frustration, hopefully next time we launch an item you want, you’ll be able to snag it in time! Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else, I'm happy to help

      We have a NEW Size & Fit Calculator! Put your measurements into the tool ONCE and the tool will recommend your ideal size on every product going forward. Save your profile (or create more profiles with your loved ones' sizes), too.

      Step 2) Enter your height, weight, and age.
      Step 3) Tailor the body proportions to match your own.
      Step 4) Click on "Add details for more accuracy" and add your exact hip, waist, and bust measurements. This will give you the absolute most accurate recommendation! We highly recommend you complete this step.
      Step 5) Done! You've got your personal size recommendation!
