The Lisa2 capri legging features our wildly popular 4" waistband that can be folded over at the hip or worn high at the waist for an ultra comfortable control top. SIZING NOTE: Your usual size will fit with more compression, just like the Seana capri legging. The Lisa2 capri has MORE compression than the full-length Lisa2 legging. If you prefer a relaxed fit, we advise going UP a size. For more compression, choose your usual size.

PANT LENGTH
We've started offering some pants and even our bestselling Lisa legging in three different inseams: short, regular, and long. Use your inseam measurement (crotch to ankle bone) to determine what pant length works best for you. We've included height estimates as well, but please be aware that those are generic, and that your inseam is more accurate to determine which length will work best for you!

CHEST/BUST MEASUREMENT

While measuring, wear the bra you typically like to wear under your clothes (or no bra, if that's your preference!).

Stand up straight and wrap the tape under your arms and across your back, over the fullest part of your chest. Make sure the tape is lying flat and isn't twisted. Breathe normally, noticing the variations as you breathe and record the highest number in inches or centimetres.

WAIST MEASUREMENT

Wear a fitted shirt while you measure. Measure the smallest part between your hips and your bust. Usually this will be about 2-3 inches above your belly button.

Take a breath out and then rest the tape against your skin, but do not pull tight while you record the number.

HIP MEASUREMENT

Wear more fitted clothing, like leggings, as you measure. Measure the widest point of your hips, including your tummy and derriere as you wrap around. Make sure the tape is lying flat and isn't twisted.

Rest the tape comfortably against your skin and don’t pull tight when you record the number.

INSEAM MEASUREMENT

Our inseam measurements reflect the measurement from the pubis to the ankle bone (not to the floor, like some inseam measurements). Record the measurement from the inside of your leg, from your crotch to your ankle bone while you stand up straight.

You may need help with this one – hold the top of the tape under your crotch while a friend holds the other end at your ankle bone and records the measurement from there.

Great fit.

I have lost a fair bit of weight and am trying to lose more so to be honest these were a splurge. It has slowed down enough to keep me from changing sizes rapidly. However I feel too “jiggly” in my old ones and wanted a pair that are comfy but offer the feeling of some support. These are perfect. In fact at first I worried I bought on the small side. They feel good and will still be fine with some extra pounds gone. Great quality.

Great for anyone who has had abdominal surgery

The high waist of these Lisa2 leggings is great for anyone who has had abdominal surgery and needs to avoid a waistband that cuts in at the wrong place. Another feature I like is that the ankles are not tight, tight, tight. I will be buying more of these.

Happy Petite

I am only 5 feet tall so these fit me perfectly as nearly at my ankle. I have 3 pairs of leggings now,some reg length I turn them under. The fabric is very soft on the skin and no “see through” stretching .Love the high waist as it smooths any jiggley bits. Bought size M .Will start to add more items to my Miik collection as budget allows.
