Yes, anything 40% off or more is Final Sale. Any other Final Sale styles will be noted as such. But don't worry! We’ll host a bi-annual Buy/Sell/Trade event in our private Facebook group where customers choose to sell the items they purchased that they changed their mind about in the fall.

Unless marked "Final Sale," Miik will happily exchange or refund any eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date. We really appreciate you taking the time to ensure your garment(s) are in the best shape possible as we recover and resell all returned items — something that’s important to us as a sustainable brand. 

For that reason, we inspect returns upon arrival; if the item(s) returned are not in their original condition, you will either: not be eligible for a refund, or a $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your return.

Items are NOT eligible for return/exchange if they are:

• Listed as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase
• Washed and/or worn
• Tags or labels removed
• Not in original condition (i.e. pet hair, make-up stains, food, smoke/odour fumes, heavily wrinkled, etc.)

We will do our best to combine orders placed during the sale and our system notifies us whenever this is possible. However, it is not always possible to do so. Please refrain from emailing to request combined orders; if we can combine them, we will do so automatically, and refund your shipping when applicable.

Yes! Select core bestselling styles in select colours will start at 20% off on Monday June 22nd at 6am ET, and will go down to 15% off as of 12:00am PT on Wednesday June 24th.

Then, on Wednesday June 24th, select current spring/summer styles will also join the sale!

Our sale deals will be marked down already on each product; no discount codes are needed. Because we are already offering such fantastic deals, no discount codes will be eligible to use on our sale styles. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that use an additional discount code.

Due to the large order volume we are receiving throughout the sale, packages will take a couple of additional business days to pick, pack and ship.

Orders placed on or after Friday will be shipped the following week. Keep in mind we are a small business with a small team, and we handpick and pack every order with love!
