PANT LENGTH
We've started offering some pants and even our bestselling Lisa legging in three different inseams: petite, regular, and long. Use your inseam measurement (crotch to ankle bone) to determine what pant length works best for you. We've included height estimates as well, but please be aware that those are generic, and that your inseam is more accurate to determine which length will work best for you!

Very small holes
One or several small holes. No hole is bigger than the head of a thumb tack. Due to the way our fabric is knit, holes will not increase in size from wash and wear, but you could sew them up for aesthetic purposes.
Visible fabric irregularities
Inconsistency during the milling process causes thin lines or creases that cannot be steamed, ironed, or washed out.
Notable fabric stains
One or multiple small stains, at times in more visible places on the garment. These marks will not wash out.
Notable twisted yarn (indented lines)
A small portion of yarn gets slightly twisted, causing a horizontal line across the garment. 70% off styles with this flaw have either larger lines or lines in a more noticeable place on the garment.
Notable knit defect
Small marks on the fabric that appear as vertical and/or horizontal lines throughout. 70% off styles in this category have a knit defect in a more noticeable place on the garment.
Miscellaneous or multiple flaws
Flaws in this category either have more than one of the flaws above, or another miscellaneous flaw, such as puckering due to a sewing error, as in the image, or another mark.
Like a snowflake, every flaw is unique! Your piece will feature one or more of the examples shown above.
FAQs About Seconds
Is what's in my cart reserved for me?
Unfortunately, this is not something we're able to do, technology-wise. This means that something you have in your cart could potentially sell out before you can check out, since the inventory of the seconds is so limited. We recommend shopping as soon as the styles drop to ensure you can get your faves.
Why am I seeing a 404 error page?
If you are seeing a 404 error page or other error while trying to shop the Seconds Sale, this is because the item you are trying to view or purchase has sold out. Items sell out very quickly during the sale, so sometimes the item still allows you to click it before it can be hidden by the system once sold out.
If I place multiple orders, will they be combined? Will shipping be refunded?
If you place multiple orders during the Seconds Sale, our team will do their best to automatically combine your orders; however, if the orders are placed during business hours (9 am-5 pm EST) or too far apart in time, we may not be able to combine them. If we ARE able to combine your orders, you will be refunded shipping fees when applicable.
Our small-but-mighty team automatically combines orders when possible.
Is everything Final Sale?
Yes, everything in the Seconds Sale is FINAL SALE. Purchases cannot be exchanged or returned. However, we’ll host a bi-annual buy, sell, trade event in our private Facebook community group where customers choose to sell the items they purchased in the seconds sale that they changed their mind about. Will you have images of all the flaws?
We'll include images of what the different flaws look like, however because of the volume of seconds and variety of flaws, we don't include an image of each individual style. The second(s) you purchase have been determined by our team to have minimal flaws that make them wearable. Minimal flaws include slub yarn, twisted yarn, small spots or stains, different coloured yarn, fabric irregularities that won't wash out, and knit defects. The second(s) you purchase will have one or more of these small flaws. 70% OFF styles have more notable flaws.

I can't find any seconds in the style/size I want. Why aren't more sizes and styles available?
We aren't able to pick and choose which styles and sizes are seconds, it's always a mixed bag with extremely limited inventory. We apologize if you're not able to find the style you're looking for.
