What if an item doesn’t fit or just isn’t my style?
Because these bundles are so heavily discounted, they are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We host buy/sell/trade events twice yearly in our Facebook group, and we encourage you to join there to buy/sell/trade with other Miik customers when the time comes!
Is there a chance I might receive something I already own?
Since we pull from both current and past collections, there is a chance! Our team does their absolute best to mix things up and curate unique options for every bundle, but if you happen to receive a duplicate of a beloved piece, this could be a sign it’s the perfect gift for a loved one!
Can I request specific colours, patterns, or styles?
The magic of the mystery bundle is the surprise. While you cannot pick specific styles or colours, you are guaranteed high-quality pieces from our collection that match the bundle description you selected.
What season are the items from?
Items will vary from recent to past collections, and even core bestsellers. Items in the mystery bundles are either seasonless and staple pieces, or are suited to fall/winter weather. While you could receive a tank top or t-shirt because they can be layered, there are no shorts or capris in these mystery bundles, so they're ready to wear!
How much of a discount am I getting by buying a mystery bundle?
You are getting an absolutely incredible deal! We’ve priced all of our mystery bundles at 60% off (or more!) their retail value, so you can treat yourself to beautiful pieces at a fraction of the cost.
Are the items in the bundle flawed, damaged, or considered “seconds”?
Not at all! Every single piece included in your mystery bundle is brand new and completely flawless.
Can I return or exchange my mystery bundle if I don’t like what I get?
Because these bundles are so heavily discounted, they are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I purchase a mystery bundle in-store?
Because of the nature of the Mystery Bundles, they are not available for purchase in-store. You can order them online and choose to pick them up in-store, though!
Please be aware that if you choose to pick up your mystery bundle, it is still final sale, and you will not be able to return or exchange any of the mystery items in-store.
Can discount codes and promotions be applied to the mystery bundles?
Since they are already deeply discounted, discount codes or promotions cannot be applied to any of the Mystery Bundles. This includes free shipping discounts. But don't worry, you're getting a great deal!
