Is everything Final Sale?
Items that are 35% OFF or higher are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. All final sale items are listed as such on the product title and product page. At the end of August, we’ll host a bi-annual buy, sell, trade event in our private Facebook community group where customers choose to sell the items they purchased that they changed their mind about or purchased FINAL SALE. If I place multiple orders will they be combined?
If you place multiple orders during the sale, our team will do their best to automatically combine your orders; however, if the orders are placed during business hours (9am-5pm EST) or too far apart, we may not be able to combine them. If we ARE able to combine your orders, you will be refunded shipping fees when applicable.
How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?
Within Canada, orders will take approximately 2–9 business days to arrive after processing.
Orders under $200 (before tax): flat rate $9.00 shipping, includes tracking
Orders over $200 (before tax): FREE shipping, includes tracking
Shipments to the US can take 7–14 business days. Prices listed below apply to the contiguous US only. Surcharges apply for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

When does the sale end?
Our End of Season Sale ends on Thursday, August 31st at midnight PT!
Is what’s in my cart reserved for me?
Unfortunately this is not something we’re able to do, technology-wise. This means that something you have in your cart could potentially sell out before you are able to check out, since inventory of end of season sale styles is limited. We recommend checking out with your items and not leaving items in your cart, as they might sell out before you're able to purchase them!
Why aren’t more sizes and styles available?
Since we're coming to the end of the season, our inventory is extemely spotty! We apologize if you’re not able to find the style you’re looking for, but be sure to join us for our upcoming fall launches where we will have a full size run of each style and colour!
